摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理对老年卧床患者院内感染率及满意度的影响。方法选取2017年12月-2019年1月我院收治的老年卧床患者125例,按入院顺序分为对照组(n=62例)和观察组(n=63例)。对照组常规护理,观察组实施PDCA循环管理。观察比较两组患者院内感染率,生活质量及护理满意度。结果对照组感染率为17.74%,观察组为3.17%,对照组高于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活状态等生活质量综合评估问卷(GQOL-74)评分均低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意率为69.35%,观察组为88.89%,对照组低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可有效降低老年卧床患者院内感染率,提高其生活质量,有助于患者预后,且患者及其家属对该护理模式较满意,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management on nosocomial infection rate and satisfaction of elderly bedridden patients.Methods 125 elderly bedridden patients in our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to the admission order.Control group(n=62)received the routine nursing,while the observation group(n=63)received the PDCA cycle management.Nosocomial infection rate,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(17.74%vs 3.17%,P<0.05).The scores of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)and the scores of the items including physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the control group were all lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(88.89%vs 69.35%,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate of elderly bedridden patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
