抗核抗体与抗核抗体谱联合检测诊断自身免疫性疾病的临床价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析抗核抗体与抗核抗体谱联合检测诊断自身免疫性疾病的临床价值。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月期间,本院收治的440例自身免疫性疾病患者样本作为此次调研内容,所有样本都进行抗核抗体检测、抗核抗体谱检测、抗核抗体与抗核抗体谱联合检测,观察抗核抗体、抗核抗体谱以及抗核抗体与抗核抗体谱联合检测方法准确率。结果单一抗核抗体检测组检测准确率为13.63%,单一抗核抗体谱检测组检测准确率为90.00%,联合检测组检测准确率为97.95%,组间数据显示,三组数据准确率有明显差距,且抗核抗体与抗核抗体谱联合检测准确率要远高于单一抗核抗体检测与单一抗核抗体谱检测,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在自身免疫性疾病诊断中,抗核抗体与抗核抗体谱联合检测有着较高的准确率,两种方法联合检测能够发挥互补的作用,能够最大程度的降低误诊率和错诊率,可以考虑积极推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of combined detection of antinuclear antibodies and antinuclear antibody profiles in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,a sample of 440 patients with autoimmune diseases treated in our hospital was selected as the content of this survey.All samples were tested for antinuclear antibodies,antinuclear antibody profiles,and antinuclear antibodies.Combine detection with anti-nuclear antibody spectrum,and observe the accuracy of anti-nuclear antibody,anti-nuclear antibody spectrum,and combined detection methods of anti-nuclear antibody and anti-nuclear antibody spectrum.Results The detection accuracy of the single antinuclear antibody detection group was 13.63%,the detection accuracy of the single antinuclear antibody spectrum detection group was 90.00%,and the detection accuracy of the combined detection group was 97.95%.The data between the groups showed that the accuracy of the three groups was There is a significant gap,and the accuracy of the combined detection of antinuclear antibody and antinuclear antibody spectra is much higher than that of single antinuclear antibody detection and single antinuclear antibody detection,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion In the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases,the combined detection of antinuclear antibodies and antinuclear antibody profiles has a high accuracy rate.The combined detection of the two methods can play a complementary role and can minimize the rate of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis.Which consider actively promoting.
