摘要
目的探究升阳益胃汤加减在治疗脾胃气虚型痤疮方面的临床应用价值。方法将我院自2019年4月至2020年4月收治的160例脾胃气虚型痤疮患者中作为研究对象,并按照随机原则分为观察组及对照组,其中对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组则给予中药汤剂升阳益胃汤内服,以14d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后分析其临床疗效及皮损评分变化情况。结果两组患者临床疗效比较结果显示,观察组患者治疗有效率高达91.25%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在皮损评分方面,观察组患者的皮损评分较对照组改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤加减在治疗脾胃气虚型痤疮方面临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of acne of spleen stomach qi deficiency type.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with acne of spleen stomach qi deficiency type who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of randomization.The control group was given the routine treatment of Western medicine,and the observation group was given the internal administration of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction,which was a course of 14 days.After two courses of continuous treatment,the clinical effect and skin damage score were analyzed Changes.Results The comparison of clinical effect between the two groups showed that the effective rate of the observation group was 91.25%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).In the aspect of skin damage score,the skin damage score of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The addition and subtraction of Shengyang Yiwei decoction had significant clinical effect in the treatment of acne of spleen stomach qi deficiency type It has to be promoted.
