摘要
目的分析该院门诊糖皮质激素药物的使用情况,并针对不合理用药进行详细探索。方法2018年1—12月抽选该院门诊接收糖皮质激素药物不合理处方58张,分析各科室用药分布情况,同时归纳总结常用糖皮质激素药物常用科室,临床常用药物的种类、给药途径等,并阐述不合理用药具体类型。结果此次58张糖皮质激素药物处方分别由皮肤科、儿科、耳鼻喉科、骨科等科室所开具,较为常用的糖皮质激素药物包括泼尼松、倍他米松、地塞米松、可的松等,给药途径以口服、静脉滴注、雾化吸入等为主。经分析探究发现,58张不合理用药处方中,常见情况包括适应证不合理、给药途径不合理、用法用量不合理及联合用药不合理,出现概率分别为34.48%、27.59%、24.14%、13.79%。结论门诊使用糖皮质激素药物期间仍存在一定不合理情况,应深入分析不合理类型,并做好应对措施,从而确保给药安全,促进患者更快康复。
Objective To analyze the use of glucocorticoid drugs in the outpatient department of the hospital,and to explore in detail the irrational use of drugs.Methods The study started in January and ended in December 2018,58 unreasonable prescriptions of glucocorticoid drugs were selected from the outpatient department of the hospital,and the distribution of medications in each department was analyzed.At the same time,the commonly used glucocorticoid drugs were summarized.Departments,types of commonly used clinical drugs,route of administration,etc.,and explain the specific types of unreasonable medications.Results The 58 glucocorticoid prescriptions were issued by dermatology,pediatrics,otolaryngology,orthopedics and other departments.The more commonly used glucocorticoid drugs include prednisone,betamethasone,dexamethasone,and cortisone.The main route of administration is oral,intravenous drip,atomized inhalation,etc.After analysis and exploration,it is found that among 58 irrational prescriptions,common situations include:unreasonable indications,unreasonable route of administration,unreasonable usage and dosage,and unreasonable combination medication probability of occurrence were 34.48%,27.59%,and 24.14%,13.79%.Conclusion There are still some unreasonable situations during the outpatient use of glucocorticoid drugs.In-depth analysis of unreasonable types should be done and countermeasures should be taken to ensure the safety of administration and promote faster recovery of patients.
