摘要
本文主要研究了IT运维管理的知识管理,分析流程相关的知识分类,知识管理在IT运维服务管理中的作用价值,同时以ITIL典型的四层架构运维管理系统为例,分析在IT运维服务中,基于技术、流程与人员角度,以此开展知识管理,全面提升IT运维管理水平,减少运行维护成本,以此实现知识价值。
This research mainly discusses the knowledge management of IT operation and maintenance management,analyzes process-related knowledge classification,and the value of knowledge management in IT operation and maintenance service management.At the same time,it takes ITIL's typical four-tier operation and maintenance management system as an example,Analyze in IT operation and maintenance services,based on technology,process and personnel perspectives,carry out knowledge management,comprehensively improve IT operation and maintenance management level,reduce operation and maintenance costs,and realize the value of knowledge.
