纤维桩联合复合树脂美学修复青少年上前牙冠折的临床观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨纤维桩联合复合树脂美学修复在青少年上前牙冠折的临床修复效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年3月在我科就诊的52例63颗牙根已发育完成的青少年上前牙冠折病例,年龄11~16岁,对残冠残根完善根管治疗后进行纤维桩联合复合树脂美学冠修复,临床追踪观察2年。从修复体边缘有无渗漏、牙龈色泽、牙周状况、纤维桩有无松动、折断、脱落进行检查记录,观察临床效果。结果52例患者均获24个月随访,通过临床检查及影像学检查判定修复结果,在整个复诊期间,98.4%的修复体形态自然、颜色逼真、边缘密合性较好;纤维桩稳固无松动、无折裂;牙龈牙周状况良好,患者无临床不适症状,达到满意的临床效果。1例患者修复后15个月再次受外伤致修复体脱落。结论纤维桩联合复合树脂美学冠修复青少年上前牙冠折,操作简便,患者就诊次数少,临床效果理想。 Objective The aim of this study watto investigate the clinical effect of fiber post and core crown in the aesthetic restoration of dental crown fracture of upperanterior teeth in adolescents.Methods 63 teeth crown fracture in 52 young patients between the ages of 11 and 16 years old,were collected from January 2015 to March 2017 in stomatology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The patients were treated with the aesthetic restoration of residue crown with fiber post andthe repair effects were observed by follow-up of 24 months.The clinical effects was recorded by these aspects such as the edge of the restoration,gingival border color,periodontal condition,crown loss,fracture rate of post-core androot fracture.Result All the 52 patients were followed up for 24 months,and the results were determined by clinical examination and imaging examination.During the whole visit,98.4%of the restorationswere successful with natural shape,vivid color and good marginal tightness.No root fracture,no fiber post loose and fracture,no gingival problem and no clinical symptoms was observed in patients with,indicating thata satisfactory clinical effect was achieved.There was only one restoration faileddue tothe patient suffered from trauma again 15 months after repairr.Conclusion The application of fiber post combined with composite resin aesthetic restoration of upper anterior teeth crown fracture in adolescentscan achieve the successful restoration with aesthetic,ideal clinical effect.
