汉语国际教育专业学生职业价值观演变趋势——基于两次问卷调查结果比较分析

The Trend of Professional Values of the Students Majoring in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language Based on the Comparative Analysis of the Results of Two Questionnaire Surveys

摘要 为考察汉语国际教育专业学生职业价值观的演变趋势,研究组分别于2014年及2020年对汉语国际教育专业的学生进行两次职业价值观的调查。调查结果显示,与2014年相比,2020年汉语国际教育专业的学生在职业价值观方面产生四点变化:“学姐学长”介绍就业信息成为主要的就业信息来源之一、选择工作中更加注重“待遇是否优厚”、愿意从事汉语国际教育事业的人数有所下降、在择业方面更加注重遵循个人意愿。同时,调查结果也反映出汉语国际教育专业学生在就业与职业规划上存在着就业信息来源过窄、没有清晰的职业规划等一系列问题。 In order to investigate the evolution of the professional values of the students majoring in teachingChinese as a second language,in 2014 and 2020,the research team conducted two surveys respectively.The surveyresults show that,compared with 2014,students majoring in teaching Chinese as a second language have undergonefour changes in their professional values in 2020:Senior students'introduction of employment information has becomeone of the main sources of employment information.,pay more attention to"whether the treatment is good or not",thenumber of people willing to engage in the Chinese international education has declined,and respect personal wishes interms of job selection.At the same time,the survey results also reflect a series of problems in employment and careerplanning for students majoring in teaching Chinese as a second language,such as narrow employment informationsources and lack of clear career planning.
