摘要
簕杜鹃是南方地区园林绿化应用较多的植物品种,提高簕杜鹃抗寒性有利于增强其冬季观赏性。以簕杜鹃‘金心双色’为试材,研究不同稀释倍数"冰护"抗冻剂灌根处理对低温胁迫(1.6℃ 12 h、-2℃ 12 h)下簕杜鹃抗寒生理指标的影响。结果表明,在低温条件下,簕杜鹃‘金心双色’叶片的SPAD值、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈现下降趋势;相对电导率(REC)和可溶性糖(SS)含量呈现上升趋势;可溶性蛋白(SP)含量先上升后下降。在-2℃时,施加"冰护"抗冻剂能显著缓解叶片SPAD值和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的下降,显著提高可溶性糖含量的升高。尤其是700倍处理,在-2℃时能显著降低叶片MDA含量,缓解SP含量、SOD和CAT活性的降低。通过隶属函数综合分析,得出抗寒性由强至弱的排序为:700倍>600倍>500倍>400倍>对照(CK)处理。综上所述,"冰护"抗冻剂能显著提高簕杜鹃‘金心双色’的抗寒能力,在试验条件范围内,700倍处理效果最佳。
Bougainvillea glabra is widely used for landscape greening in southern China. Improving cold resistance of B. glabra is beneficial for enhancing its ornamental value in winter. A pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of antifreeze ’Binghu’ on the physiological indexes of Bougainvillea ×spectoglabra ’Thimma’ at 1.6℃ and -2℃ for 12 h, respectively. The results showed that the leaf SPAD,malondialdehyde(MDA) content, superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activities declined in the low temperature treatments, while the relative electric conductivity(REC) and soluble sugar(SS)content both increased. The soluble protein(SP) content showed a trend of rising first and then declining with the decrease of the temperature. Meanwhile, compared to CK treatment, the decrease of the leaf SPAD and SOD contents of B. glabra were both significantly alleviated under the antifreeze ’Binghu’treatments at-2° C, and the increase of the SS content was enhanced significantly. Particularly, the treatment with antifreeze ‘Binghu’ diluted 700 times significantly reduced the MDA content, and alleviated the decrease of the SP content, SOD and CAT activities at-2℃. The comprehensive analysis of membership functions showed that the cold resistance of B. glabra was in the order of the treatments with the antifreeze diluted 700 times>600 times>500 times>400 times>CK. In conclusion, the antifreeze‘Binghu’ can significantly improve the cold resistance of B. × spectoglabra ‘Thimma’, and the treatment with the antifreeze ‘Binghu’ diluted 700 times has the best effect on the cold resistance of B. glabra.
