离子液体TTPT毛细管色谱柱的研制及应用

摘要 以离子液体三己基十四烷基四氟硼酸磷(TTPT)为固定相,采用动态法自制高效毛细管色谱柱。通过在毛细管色谱柱内壁涂渍超细载体改善固定液的涂渍效果。以辛醇的理论塔板数评价毛细管柱的分离性能,并用制备的毛细管色谱柱对一些同分异构体进行分离测试。结果表明:辛醇的每米理论塔板数超过4500,毛细管色谱柱最高使用温度达到160℃,以N2为载气的最佳线速度范围为11~13 cm/s。该毛细管色谱柱对氯甲苯、氟甲苯和二甲苯的同分异构体展现了很好的分离性能。 High performance ionic liquid trihexy(tetradecyl)phosphanium tetrafluoroborate(TTPT)capillary chromatographic column was prepared by means of dynamic coating techniques.To improve the effect of coating,ultrafine carrier was coated on the inner wall of capillary chromatographic column.The properties and separation performance of the prepared capillary chromatographic columns could be demonstrated by the theoretical stage numbers for octanol.The prepared capillary chromatographic columns were used in the test of separating isomers.Results showed that the theoretical plate numbers of octanol exceeded 4500 plates/m,the resistance temperature reached 160℃,and the optimum linear velocity range of N2 as carrier gas was 11-13 cm/s.The capillary chromatographic column exhibited good separation performance for dimethylbenzene homologue,chlorotoluene and fluorotoluene isomers.
