摘要
目的通过网络药理学方法探讨国医大师刘尚义教授抗瘤四味方干预前列腺癌的的机制。方法运用在线BATMAN-TCM平台对抗瘤四味方干预前列腺癌进行网络药理学分析。结果抗瘤四味方含78种化合物,其中预测对前列腺癌靶标基因12个,涉及跨膜转运、细胞信号转导、生物合成过程、分解代谢过程、应激反应等细胞生理病理过程。结论抗瘤四味方具有通过调节雄激素受体、维生素D受体等环节发挥抗前列腺癌的作用机制。
Objective To explore the mechanism of LIU Shangyi's Kangliu Siwei Prescription in the treatment of prostate cancer.Methods Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular Mechanism of TCM(BATMAN-TCM)platform was used to analyze the network pharmacology of Kangliu Siwei Prescription in the treatment prostate cancer.Results There were 78 compounds in Kangliu Siwei Prescription,among which 12 target genes were predicted in the treatment of prostate cancer.Conclusion Kangliu Siwei Prescription has the mechanism of anti-prostate cancer by regulating androgen receptor and vitamin D receptor.
