摘要
在选矿领域中,浮选技术主要富集和分离硫化矿,能够高效利用低品位矿物。十九世纪末,浮选技术被应用到工业领域,历经全油浮选、表层浮选与泡沫浮选阶段,浮选捕收剂也是由最初焦油、矿物油,发展为黑药、黄药、硫代磷酸盐物质,明显加强浮选分离效果。黄铜矿资源比较细杂,单一浮选工艺和捕收剂无法满足应用要求。此次研究重点分析黄铜矿的矿物特性与浮选特性,简单介绍黄铜矿浮选工艺、浮选捕收剂及组合应用效果。在未来发展中,应当选择高选择性、强捕收能力的新型捕收剂,以此提升黄铜矿浮选工艺及捕收剂的应用实效性。
In the field of beneficiation,flotation technology mainly concentrates and separates sulfide ore,which can efficiently utilize low-grade minerals.At the end of the nineteenth century,the flotation technology was applied to the industrial field.After the whole oil flotation,surface flotation and foam flotation stages,the flotation collector also developed from the initial tar and mineral oil to black medicine,xanthate,and sulfur.Substitute phosphate substances,obviously enhance the flotation separation effect.Chalcopyrite resources are relatively fine and mixed,and a single flotation process and collector cannot meet the application requirements.This research focuses on analyzing the mineral characteristics and flotation characteristics of chalcopyrite,and briefly introduces the flotation process,flotation collectors and combined application effects of chalcopyrite.In the future development,new collectors with high selectivity and strong collection capacity should be selected to improve the effectiveness of the chalcopyrite flotation process and the application of collectors.
