摘要
随着抗生素在自然环境中检出率的增加,对抗生素产生耐药性的微生物越来越多。污水处理厂是抗生素及抗性基因的聚集地,污水经处理后90%的抗性基因会转移至固相污泥。因此,研究预处理方法对污泥中抗性基因的去除效果至关重要。文中综述了近几年污泥预处理对污泥中抗性基因去除效果的研究,为污泥中抗性基因的去除提供参考依据。污泥中抗性基因去除工艺可大致分为物理(超声、微波、热水解)、化学(高级氧化法、酸碱预处理、絮凝剂、微生物电解池)和生物法(厌氧消化、堆肥法、生物浸出法),其中,高级氧化法和生物浸出法的去除效果最佳。单一处理方式对污泥中抗性基因的去除能力有限,今后需深入研究组合工艺对污泥中抗性基因的去除。
With the increase in the detection rate of antibiotic in natural environment,more and more microorganisms is resistant to antibiotic.Wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)are the accumulation sites of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),90%of which in wastewater are transferred to solid sludge after wastewater treatment.Therefore,it is very important to study the effect of pretreatment on the removal of antibiotic resistance genes in sludge.In this paper,the effect of sludge pretreatment on the removal of antibiotic resistance genes in sludge is reviewed,which provides reference for the removal of antibiotic resistance genes in sludge.Removal processes of antibiotic resistance genes in sludge can be roughly divided into physical process(ultrasound,microwave,thermal hydrolysis),chemical process(advanced oxidation process,acid pretreatment,flocculant,microbial electrolysis cell)and biological process(anaerobic digestion,bioleaching),among which advanced oxidation process and bioleaching method have the best removal effect.The ability of single treatment to remove antibiotic resistance genes in sludge is limited,so it is necessary to further study the combination process to remove antibiotic resistance genes in sludge.
