摘要
目的评价复方亚甲蓝封闭术对痔疮术后疼痛的治疗作用。方法选取2016年1月至2018年3月我院肛肠科住院并行自动痔疮套扎术治疗的痔疮患者80例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例,两组均行自动痔疮套扎术,治疗组在此基础上行复方亚甲蓝封闭术。分别于术后和术后第1~7天随访两组患者术后VAS评分、NRS得分、VRS情况以及满意度。结果两组患者术后2天后VAS和NRS评分均降低,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中术后各随访期内治疗组VAS和NRS量表评分也均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第3~5天治疗组疼痛严重程度的VRS显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后7天治疗组患者满意度调查显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论复方亚甲蓝封闭术可以有效缓解痔疮术后的疼痛情况,提高患者对手术的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of compound methylene blue occlusion on postoperative pain of hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with hemorrhoids who were hospitalized in anorectal Department of our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 and were treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,40 patients in both groups were treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation,and the treatment group was treated with compound methylene blue occlusion on this basis.Postoperative VAS score,NRS score,VRS status and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were followed up at 1-7 days after surgery and 1-7 days after surgery,respectively.Results The VAS score and NRS scale scores of the two groups were significantly reduced 2 days after surgery(P<0.05),in which the VAS score and NRS scale scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group in each follow-up period after surgery(P<0.05);the VRS of pain severity in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 3rd to 5th days after surgery(P<0.05);the satisfaction survey of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group on the 7th day after surgery.(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound methylene blue occlusion can effectively relieve the pain after hemorrhoids surgery and improve the satisfaction of patients with surgery.
