摘要
慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者的血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)水平可以在短时间内频繁波动,所以即使临时检测出来的Hb值处于治疗的目标范围内,患者真实的Hb水平仍然有可能因为波动而频繁高于或低于推荐的目标水平。目前Hb变异性(hemoglobin variability,Hb-Var)与CKD患者预后之间的关系尚无定论,本文综述近年来的研究进展,以探讨Hb-Var与CKD患者预后之间的关系。
The hemoglobin(Hb)level of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)can fluctuate frequently in a short period of time,so even if the temporarily detected Hb value is within the treatment target range,the patient′s true Hb level may still be higher or lower than the recommended target level due to frequent fluctuations.At present,the relationship between Hb variability(Hb-Var)and the prognosis of patients with CKD is still inconclusive.This article reviewed recent research progress to explore the relationship between Hb-Var and the prognosis of CKD patients.
