摘要
针对铁路日常维护作业所使用工器具人工管理方式存在的低效率、非现场管理、清点过程不可控等缺点,设计了基于RFID射频识别技术的智能工具箱、智能工具柜,以及智能工具管理系统后台,实现了铁路维护作业全过程的工具智能化运维管理.
To address the problems of low efficiency,off-site management and uncontrollable inventory check encountered in daily maintenance of railway,smart toolbox and smart tool cabinet as well as smart tool management system in the back office are designed based on RFID technolog y.realizing smart operation and maintenance management of tools in the whole process of maintenance and operation of railway.
