摘要
目的:观察中医护理干预在胸腰椎压缩性骨折合并腹胀便秘患者的效果。方法:将胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者96例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组给予常规的治疗和护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上使用中医护理干预策略,对比干预的效果。结果:观察组的排便频率高于对照组,每次排便时间低于对照组(t=-7.574,23.643,P<0.05)。观察组的便秘干预效果优于对照组(Z=3.159,P<0.05)。对照组的护理满意率为56.25%,观察组的护理满意率为77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.688,P<0.05),观察组的护理满意度优于对照组(Z=2.127,P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预胸腰椎压缩性骨折合并腹胀便秘的患者,有助于改善便秘的治疗效果,提升患者的满意度。
Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing intervention to patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures complicated with abdominal distension and constipation. Methods: A total of 96 cases of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures complicated with abdominal distension and constipation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing methods,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine nursing intervention measures. The intervention effect was compared. Results: The frequency of defecation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and defecation time was shorter than that in the control group(t=-7.574,23.643,P<0.05). The intervention effect of constipation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=3.159,P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 56.25% in the control group and 77.08% in the observation group, the difference being significant(χ^2=4.688, P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=2.127, P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures complicated with abdominal distension and constipation, Chinese medicine nursing intervention is conductive to improving the curative effect of constipation and satisfaction of patients.
