全自动激光去溢料机推料板有限元分析

摘要 机械零部件的设计中采用虚拟样机技术,对其结构强度和振动进行分析研究,有助于提升设计的准确性。使用Solidworks软件对全自动激光去溢料机的推料板零件进行应力分析和疲劳分析,验证结构设计的合理性和零件的使用寿命。通过模态分析研究零件产生共振破坏的部位并加以分析以保证其在使用过程中不会发生此类现象。通过有限元分析的方法进行机械零部件的设计,能够有效的降低设备研发周期和成本,也为后续设备中其余零部件的设计研发奠定了一定的理论与实践基础。 In the design of mechanical parts,the virtual prototype technology was used to analyze the structural strength and vibration,which was helpful to improve the accuracy of design.By using the Solidworks software,the stress and fatigue analysis of the push plate parts of the automatic laser de-overflow machine were carried out to verify the rationality of the structural design and the service life of the parts.And through the modal analysis,the resonance failure parts of the parts were studied and analyzed to ensure that such phenomenon will not occur in the use process.Through the finite element analysis method of mechanical parts design,can effectively reduce the equipment R&D cycle and cost,but also for the follow-up equipment design and development of the rest of the parts laid a certain theoretical and practical foundation.
