一种适用于多种类PCBA编程下载自动装置的设计研究

摘要 核电仪控系统产品种类逐渐增加,应用单片机、FPGA、CPLD等需要编程下载的芯片种类也随之增加,同时编程下载的接口规格多,且不通用,致使编程下载时需要换线的效率低;通过对编程下载器的连接方式、PCBA供电方式、PCBA编程下载器操作方式的研究,设计一种可适用于多种类产品快速编程下载的自动装置,实现多种类产品的快速换线. As the types of nuclear electrometer and control system products are gradually increasing,the types of chips that need programming download such as single-chip microcomputer,FPGA,CPLD,etc.,also increase.Meanwhile,the interface specifications of programming download are numerous and not universal,resulting in low efficiency of line changing during programming download.By studying the connection mode of programming Downloader,PCBA power supply mode,and operation mode of PCBA programming downloader,this paper designs a new type of automatic device suitable for fast programming download of multiple products to realize fast line change of multiple products.
