CT90连续管激光焊接头在盐酸环境中的腐蚀行为分析 被引量:1

Corrosion Behavior Analysis of CT90 Coiled Tubing Laser Welded Joint in Hydrochloric Acid Environment

摘要 利用扫描电镜观察、显微硬度测试分析了CT90连续管激光焊接头微观组织及力学性能,采用浸泡方法进行了盐酸酸化液环境下激光焊接头的腐蚀行为研究。结果表明:由于激光焊的冷却速度非常快,接头区域的组织主要为贝氏体,其硬度远高于母材的。焊接接头的浸泡腐蚀产物膜疏松,不能阻止腐蚀的进一步发展。接头的平均腐蚀速率略高于母材的,腐蚀主要发生在接头区,形成了明显的腐蚀沟槽,沟槽敏感指数为1.8,表明激光焊接头对沟槽腐蚀敏感。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of the laser welded joint of CT90 coiled tubing were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope observation and microhardness test. The immersion test was used to study the corrosion behavior of laser welded joints in the environment of HCl acidizing solution. The results show that due to the high cooling rate during laser welding process, the structure of the coiled tubing joint is mainly bainite, and its hardness is much higher than that of the base material. The soaking corrosion product film of the welded joint is loose and can not prevent the further development of corrosion. The average corrosion rate of the joint is slightly higher than that of the base material, and the corrosion mainly occurs in the joint area, and obvious corrosion grooves are formed. The groove sensitivity index is 1.8,indicating that the laser welded joint is sensitive to groove corrosion.
