摘要
为了解中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)人工繁殖过程中体重对其生殖性能和胚胎质量的影响,本研究比较了4种雌体亲本(A:50~80 g、B:100~130 g、C:150~180 g和D:200~230 g)规格对其生殖性能和胚胎质量(胚胎直径、单个胚胎重量和常规生化组成)的影响,进一步讨论了生殖性能和雌体体质量、甲壳长和宽的相关性。结果显示:(1)就生殖性能而言,亲本抱卵量随着体质量的增加而显著增加,亲本生殖力和生殖指数随着体质量的增加而显著下降,其中A组生殖力和生殖指数显著高于另外三组;(2)就胚胎直径和单个胚胎质量而言,小规格抱卵蟹(A组)的平均胚胎直径大于其余三组亲本,但是统计学上无显著差异,亲本规格对单个胚胎的湿重和干重均无显著影响,分别为62μg和11.5μg左右;亲本规格对胚胎中的水分和蛋白含量有显著影响,A组胚胎的粗蛋白含量显著高于B组和C组,C组胚胎水分含量显著低于其余各组;(3)亲本抱卵量与其体重、壳长和壳宽均呈指数正相关,而亲本生殖力和生殖指数与其体重、壳长和壳宽成幂函数负相关。结果表明,小规格河蟹雌体抱卵量少但生殖力、生殖指数和粗蛋白含量较高,大规格亲本的抱卵量较大,亲本规格对胚胎直径和单个胚胎质量无显著影响,通过雌体的甲壳长宽可以预测河蟹雌体的抱卵量、生殖力和生殖指数。
This study compared the reproductive performance and embryo quality(embryo diameter,embryo weight,proximate composition)of female E.sinensis broodstock with different sizes(i.e.A:50~80 g,B:100~130 g,C:150~180 g and D:200~230 g)to understand the effect of body weight on the reproductive performance and embryo quality of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis)during artificial reproduction.Moreover,the relationship between reproductive performance with broodstock weight,carapace length and width were discussed.The results showed that:(1)Although the embryo production significantly increased with the increase of broodstock weight,fecundity and reproductive index showed a decreasing trend along with the increase of broodstock weight.The fecundity and reproductive index of Group A were significantly higher than other three groups.(2)As for embryo diameter and embryo weight,the average embryo diameter of small-sized broodstock(Group A)was larger than that of the remaining three groups,but there was no statistically significant difference,broodstock size had no significant effect on the dry weight and wet weight of per embryo about 62μg and 11.5μg,respectively;The broodstock size had a significant effect on the moisture and protein content of the embryos.The crude protein content of the embryos of group A was significantly higher than that of Group B and Group C.The moisture content of embryos of Group C was significantly lower than that of the remaining groups.(3)The body weight,carapace length and carapace width of different sized E.sinensis broodstock were positively correlated with their egg production,which showed a negative relation with the fecundity and reproductive effort.In summary,small-sized broodstock had less egg production but higher fecundity,reproduction effort and crud protein content,big-sized broodstock had more egg production,broodstock size had no significant effect on embryo diameter and weight per embryo.The egg production,fecundity and reproductive effort of the female E.sinensis could be predicted by the carapace length and width.
