摘要
医疗机构是传染病防控的主要力量。新冠肺炎疫情对医务人员的生物安全防护水平提出了更高的要求。目前仅在基础医学教育阶段中开展了生物安全观念、设施和防护措施等生物安全教育。通过对疫情防控工作的反思,提出了医务人员防护能力和感染防控能力相对不足的问题,建议在病原生物学实验课程中增加医院与社区感染控制的原则与防护措施等内容,以提升医学生生物安全与感染防控能力。
Medical institutions are the main undertakers of infectious disease prevention and control.Higher requirements have been raised for the biosafety protection level of medical personnel.At present,biosafety education has been only carried out in the stage of basic medical education,such as biosafety concepts,facilities and protective measures.This paper points out the relative insufficiency of infection prevention and control abilities of medical staff and puts forward the principles and protection measures of infection control in hospitals and communities in the course of pathogen biology experiment,so as to improve the biosafety protection,infection prevention and control ability of medical students.
