摘要
随着政策和市场环境的变化,商品住宅市场竞争日益激烈,“主题化”正成为居住区开发和营销的主要模式。该文对这一新的开发和营销理念的产生背景进行了梳理,在此基础上总结了主题化开发背景下居住区主题景观的主要特征,即差异性、人文性和整体性;同时,分析了当前居住区主题景观设计存在的两个主要问题:一是过于同质化,缺乏地域人文内涵,二是过于关注细节化的符号堆砌,缺乏对居住区整体空间的把握。对此,提出两方面的应对措施:一是优化设计工作流程,发挥景观专业在主题居住环境营建中的专业优势;二是树立并深化“大景观”理念,拓宽设计思维、全面诠释居住区主题景观。
With the changing of policy and market environment,the competition of commercial housing market is increasingly growing,and"theming"is becoming the main mode of residential development and marketing.On the basis of analyzing the background of theme development in residential areas in recent years,this paper summed up the important features of theme landscape under this development mode,i.e.difference,humanity and integrity,and presents the existing major problems in theme landscape design in residential areas:first,serious homogeneousness and absence of a regional humanistic connotation;second,unnecessary emphasis on the piling of detailed symbols and absence of a design for overall residential space.In this regard,two countermeasures were proposed:the first is to optimize the design work flow and give full play to the professional advantages of landscape specialty in the construction of themed residential environment;the second is to establish and deepen the concept of"massive landscape",broaden the design philosophy and fully interpret the residential theme landscape.
