摘要
目的:研究揿针配合牵正散加减治疗小儿面瘫的有效性及治疗优势。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月,泰安市妇幼保健院中医科收治的87例面瘫患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组44例、试验组43例。给予对照组常规营养神经、抗病毒药物治疗;在此基础上,给予试验组加用揿针配合口服牵正散加减治疗。对比两组患儿的面部对称及耳后疼痛评分、面瘫神经功能评分及治愈时间等。结果:治疗后,试验组的面部对称及耳后疼痛评分分别为(0.55±0.18)分、(0.47±0.30)分,对照组分别为(1.31±0.31)分、(1.20±0.41)分;试验组的面瘫神经功能评分为(0.76±0.21)分,治愈时间为(12.74±2.07)min,对照组分别为(1.34±0.53)分、(18.71±2.64)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用揿针配合牵正散加减治疗小儿面瘫可改变面部对称及面部神经功能,还可以减轻耳后疼痛,患儿痛苦少,可行性高,具有一定的临床应用与研究价值。
Objective:To study the effectiveness and therapeutic advantages of sputum acupuncture combined with Qianzheng powder(牵正散)in the treatment of facial paralysis in children.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,87 children with facial paralysis admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the experimental group.The control group was given conventional nutritional nerve and antiviral drugs;on this basis,the experimental group was given with sputum acupuncture combined with oral moderate Qianzheng powder.The facial symmetry and post-ear pain scores,facial paralysis function scores and healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the facial symmetry and post-ear pain scores of the experimental group were(0.55±0.18)points and(0.47±0.30)points,respectively,and those of the control group were(1.31±0.31)points and(1.20±0.41)points respectively.The facial paralysis function score of the experimental group was(0.76±0.21),the healing time was(12.74±2.07)min,and that of the control group was(1.34±0.53)and(18.71±2.64)min,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sputum acupuncture combined with Qianzheng powder can change the facial symmetry and facial nerve function,and it can also reduce the pain behind the ear in the treatment of pediatric facial paralysis.The child has less pain and high feasibility,and it has certain clinical application and research value.
