摘要
文章采用文献资料法,通过研究新时期体育院校康复专业学生培养的新要求、影响高校学生健康素养的主要因素等,分析体育院校对健康素养培养的重要性,提出对体育院校康复专业学生健康素养培养课程建设的建议。体育院校康复专业学生的健康素养教育是新时期人才培养的内在要求,也是实现高素质人才培养目标不可或缺的组成部分。体育院校应从加强健康教育体系建设,提高高校健康教育效果;注重健康素养培养,全面提高学生健康素质;加强健康课程评价,创新评价体系三方面入手,通过规范课程设置、提升教学质量,规范标准教材建设,建立健全大学生健康教育队伍体系,结合体育课程实践活动等方法,努力提升体育院校康复专业学生健康素养水平,促进学生全面发展。
Using the method of literature review,this paper studies the importance of health literacy training of rehabilitation students in physical education colleges and the main factors affecting the health literacy of college students,and puts forward the thinking of curriculum construction of health literacy cultivation of rehabilitation major students in sports colleges.The health literacy education of rehabilitation major students in physical education institutions is the internal requirement of talent training in the new era,and it is also an indispensable part to achieve the goal of high-quality personnel training.Physical education colleges should strengthen the construction of health education system,improve the effect of health education,pay attention to the cultivation of health literacy,comprehensively improve the health quality of students,strengthen the evaluation of health courses,and innovate the evaluation system.By standardizing the curriculum setting,improving the teaching quality,standardizing the construction of standard teaching materials,we should establish and improve the health education team of college students and combine with the practice of physical education curriculum activities and other methods,strive to improve the level of health literacy of rehabilitation students in sports colleges.
