摘要
进入21世纪以来,人口密集、住房紧缺、交通阻塞、环境污染等各种城市弊病日趋严重,其中交通拥堵日益成为人们关注的问题。城际轨道交通作为解决城市区域内重大经济区之间交通问题的一种交通方式,其对沿线土地利用的影响成为业界的研究热点之一。文章以无锡至江阴城际轨道交通沿线为例,探讨其土地利用调整及交通接驳优化的策略、措施,以期为同类型用地的开发利用提供参考。
The issues of population,housing,traffic,and environment are very serious in 21st century,and the traffic jam is particularly pressing.Intercity railway is an effective means of transportation,the impact of intercity railway on land use path along the railway line is the one of research hotspots.The paper discusses on the adjustment strategies and measures in Wuxi and Jiangyin railway line case,provides a reference to other cities.
