摘要
固体火箭发动机中各界面的粘接情况会直接影响发动机的安全性能。为解决在多层界面脱粘检测中,纵波检测时深层回波幅值衰减较大,横波检测时壳体/绝热层与绝热层/衬层、衬层/推进剂界面分辨率难以同时兼顾的问题,提出了一种基于纵波与横波结合的非接触式超声水浸检测方案。采用纵波检测壳体/绝热层界面,横波检测绝热层/衬层/推进剂界面。经实验结果表明,所采用检测方法可以有效提取各界面的脱粘特征信号,实现对固体火箭发动机多层界面脱粘检测。
Adhesion of shellwill directly affect the safety performance of the solid rocket motor.In order to solve the problem that in the multi-layer interface debonding detection,the deep echo amplitude attenuation is large during longitudinal wave detection,and the interface resolution of the shell/insulation and insulation/lining,lining/propellant is difficult to be considered at the same time during transverse wave detection,this paper proposed a non-contact ultrasonic water immersion detection scheme based on the combination of longitudinal wave and transverse wave.The experimental results showed that the detection method can effectively extract the debonding characteristic signals of each interface,and realize the debonding detection of the multilayer interface of the solid rocket motor.
