摘要
为推动宁夏富硒枸杞产业可持续发展,本文对富硒资源开发利用、富硒食品生产的研究现状进行了初步分析,对富硒产品在质量标准上存在的局限性、富硒食品的质量安全性进行了探讨。对于宁夏在结合富硒土壤资源基础上开发富硒枸杞的意义进行了阐述。针对在富硒枸杞开发方面起步较晚,硒在枸杞中积累动态变化规律及枸杞中硒的赋存形态还没有摸清等问题,提出了加大富硒枸杞产品开发技术研究,制定富硒枸杞产品标准,建设富硒枸杞生产基地信息管理平台,合理利用富硒土壤资源的对策建议,旨在推动富硒枸杞产业发展。
In order to promote the sustainable development of selenium rich Lycium barbarum industry in Ningxia,this paper made a preliminary analysis of the research status in the development and utilization of selenium rich resources and the production of selenium rich food,and discussed the limitations in the quality standards of selenium rich products,the quality and safety of selenium rich food.The significance of developing selenium rich Lycium barbarum on the basis of selenium rich soil resources in Ningxia was expounded.In view of the late development of selenium rich Lycium barbarum,the dynamic change of selenium accumulation in Lycium barbarumand the existing forms of selenium in Lycium barbarumhad not been found out,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as increasing the research on the product development technology of selenium rich Lycium barbarum,formulating the product standards of selenium rich Lycium barbarum,constructing the information management platform of selenium rich Lycium barbarum production base,and rationally utilizing the selenium rich soil resources Lycium barbarumindustry development.
