摘要 目的:产地及市场了解川牛膝品种情况,建立川牛膝与其混淆品的鉴别方法,为川牛膝标准提高工作奠定基础。方法:对川牛膝进行调研,并收集基原准确川牛膝及其混淆品的样品;依照2015年版《中国药典》一部川牛膝项下的方法对所收集的样品进行检测;依据基原、性状、显微鉴别、薄层色谱、泡沫试验及分子生物学(ITS)建立川牛膝及其混淆品的鉴别方法。结果:调研发现产地及市场存在川牛膝、麻牛膝及杂牛膝混种混用情况;现有标准无法鉴别此三种牛膝,杯苋甾酮的含量川牛膝>杂牛膝>麻牛膝。新建立的鉴别方法可从基原、TLC鉴别、泡沫实验及分子生物学方法进行明显的区分。结论:川牛膝及其混淆品混种混用现象严重,现有标准无法对其进行区分,新建立的鉴别方法可区分川牛膝及其混淆品,为其标准提高工作打下基础。 Objective:To understand the origin and market conditions of Chuanniuxi,and to establish the identification method of Chuanniuxi and the adulterants,so as to lay a foundation for improving the standard of Chuanniuxi.Method:The origin and market of Chuanniuxi was investigated,and samples of Chuanniuxi and adulterant products were collected.The collected samples were tested in accordance with the method of Chuanniuxi recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Part 1,2015 edition).The identification method was established according to origin,characteristic,microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography,foam test and molecular biology(ITS)test.Result:The survey found that there was a confusion use of Chuanniuxi,Maniuxi and Zhaniuxi in the place of production and the market.The existing standards cannot distinguish the three kinds of Niuxi,and the content of cyasterone in Chuanniuxi was higher than Zhaniuxi which was higher than Maniuxi.The newly established identification method can be used for the identification of orgin,TLC,foam test and molecular biology methods to clearly distinguish Chuanniuxi and its adulterants.Conclusion:The confusion use of Chuanniuxi and its adulterants is serious,and the existing standards cannot distinguish them.The newly established identification method can distinguish Chuanniuxi and its adulterants,laying the foundation for the improvement of its standards.
