摘要
本文重点分析了日本应急救援标准法规和救援装备的发展现状,详细介绍了日本防灾减灾法律法规、日本应急救援相关国家标准,梳理并分类了日本应急救援相关的协会标准和应急救援装备,对我国应急救援装备的发展具有重要的参考价值。
This paper focuses on Japanese emergency rescue standards and regulations and the development status of Japan's emergency rescue equipment,introduces in detail the laws and regulations of disaster prevention and mitigation in Japan,relevant national standards on emergency rescue in Japan,sorts out and classifies the related association standards and emergency rescue equipment of Japan,which has important reference value for the development of emergency rescue equipment in China.
