摘要
面向复合材料轨枕在重载铁路的适应性,针对基于木枕与复合材料轨枕的重载单线铁路栓焊下承桁梁进行动力响应分析,深入探究货车不同速度下穿过桥梁时车辆、轨枕、桥梁的动力性能,以了解木枕与复合材料轨枕受力与变形状况。结果表明,对于车辆来讲,不同车速状态,轮重减载率与车体振动都能满足标准规范,木枕或复合材料轨枕铺装时,动力响应并不存在明显差异;不同类型轨枕铺装时,桥梁来讲,不同车速状态,跨中垂向位移与加速度都明显低于标准阈限值,可在很大程度上满足形成安全需要;复合材料轨枕应力显著较大,但变形并不显著,不论应力或变形都与复合材料轨枕许用应力或变形相差甚远;复合材料轨枕的距力作用点周围的轨枕受载相对较大,但是差异并不显著,可考虑为相一致。
For the adaptability of composite sleepers in heavy-haul railway,the dynamic response analysis of heavy-haul single-line railway bolts based on wooden and composite sleepers is carried out to explore the dynamic performance of vehicles,sleepers and bridges when passing through bridges at different speeds in order to understand the stress and deformation of wooden and composite sleepers.The results show that,for vehicles at different speeds,the wheel weight reduction rate and vehicle body vibration can meet the standard specification,and there is no significant difference in dynamic response when paving wooden sleepers or composite sleepers.When different types of sleepers are installed,in terms of the bridge,at different speeds,the vertical displacement and acceleration of mid-span are obviously lower than the standard threshold value,which can meet the safety needs to a large extent.The stress of composite sleeper is significant,but the deformation is not significant,and the stress or deformation is far from the allowable stress or deformation of the composite sleeper.The sleepers around the distance force point of composite sleeper are under relatively large load,but the difference is not significant,which can be considered as consistent.
