摘要 现代材料技术在我国的科技发展体系中一直处于上升状态。新材料、新技术在生活和工作中的应用,也使人们的生活、生产更加轻松、充满活力,尤其体育运动器材方面更是如此。文章对CFRP材料的制备进行了实验研究,采用溶胶凝胶法实验获取中孔活性碳纤维并对实验过程原料配比、XPD、红外以及热处理对纳米粉体在形成过程中的影响做了分析。在900℃温度下利用凝胶燃烧法制备出YGA纳米粉体,YAG会随着温度的提升出现特征峰。前驱体也会随着温度的提升有放热峰的出现,该放热峰表示着YGA的变化。 modern material technology has been on the rise in China's science and technology development system.The application of new materials and technologies in life and work also makes people's life and production more relaxed and energetic,especially in sports equipment.The preparation of CFRP materials was studied in this paper.The mesoporous activated carbon fibers were obtained by sol-gel experiment method,and the influence of raw material ratio,XPD,infrared and heat treatment on the formation of nano-powder was also analyzed.YGA nano-powders are prepared by the gel combustion method at a temperature of 900℃.YAG would have characteristic peaks with the increase of temperature.The precursor also has an exothermic peak with the increase of temperature,which indicates the change of YGA.
