大学田径教学训练中体能训练的要点试析

摘要 随着国家素质教育改革的不断深化,对学生体质健康有了更高的要求。因此,学生的体能训练也被越来越多人所关注。近年来,伴随着体能训练的深化,大学体育教师要创新自己的教学模式,完善实践教学的方法。因此,科学有效的体育锻炼可以使学生身体素质提高,变得更加健康。而作为高校体育老师要负起责任来,确保学生在每一个时期的体能训练都能取得良好的效果,使学生可以显著提高田径素质,然后得到预期培训效果。 With the continuous deepening of the national qualit y education reform,there are higher requirements for students'physique.Therefore,more and more people pay attention to the physical training of students.In recent years,with the deepening of physical training,college physical education teachers should innovate their own teaching mode and improve the practical teaching methods.Therefore,scientif ic and effective physical exercise can make students improve their physical quality and become more healthy.As physical education teachers in colleges and universities,they have to take the responsibility to ensure that the physical t raining of s tudents in each period can achieve good r esults,s o t hat s tudents can s ignif icantly improve the quality of track and f ield,and then get the expected training results.
