300 MW亚临界四角切圆锅炉低负荷运行研究

摘要 随着近几年国内新能源机组装机容量增加,西北地区也相继开始进行煤电机组低负荷运行的尝试。文章对某300 MW亚临界四角切圆锅炉开展了50%、45%、40%、30%额定负荷4个负荷段下的低负荷不投油运行研究。结果表明,4个负荷工况下锅炉能保证稳燃,转向室烟气温度没有明显下降趋势,SCR入口烟温能满足脱硝要求;随着负荷下降,锅炉效率变化不大,但汽机热耗率及供电煤耗明显上升,严重影响机组的发电效率。 In recent years,with the increase of the installed capacity of new energy generating units in China,the northwest region has also started to try to run coal power generating units under low load.The operation of a 300 MW subcritical quadrangle tangential boiler under four load stages of 50%,45%,40% and 30% rated load is studied.The results show that the boiler can keep steady combustion under four load conditions,the fl ue gas temperature of the steering chamber has no obvious downward trend,and the fl ue gas temperature of the SCR inlet can meet the requirement of denitration.With the decrease of the load,the boiler effi ciency does not change much,but the heat consumption rate of the turbine and the coal consumption of power supply increase obviously,which seriously affects the generating effi ciency of the unit.It is of certain signifi cance to the operation of the four-angle cutting round boiler produced by Dongfang boiler Plant under low load without oil injection.
