摘要
基于灾害学原理,利用综合权重法,通过综合分析致灾因子、孕灾环境、承灾体、防灾减灾能力四个方面,选取降水、地形、植被、水系、人口、经济、土地利用等十个指标,利用GIS空间分析技术进行叠加分析,运用自然断点法对印度暴雨洪灾综合风险进行评估,结果表明:高危险性区域主要分布在布拉马普特拉河流域、恒河流域中下游,德干高原东、西部沿海等地区;高敏感性区域主要分布在恒河、布拉马普特拉河中下游沿岸、德干高原西部沿海地区;高脆弱性区域主要分布在德里与特伦甘纳邦;高防灾减灾能力区域分布在德里、果阿邦、哈里亚纳邦、特伦甘纳邦、卡纳塔克邦、泰米尔纳德邦。印度暴雨洪灾高综合风险区域分布在布拉马普特拉河流域、恒河流域中下游,德干高原东、西部沿海等地区。
According to the principle of disaster science and the method of comprehensive weight,this paper selects ten indexes such as precipitation,topography,vegetation,water system,population,economy and land use from four aspects of disaster causing factors,disaster pregnant environment,disaster bearing body,disaster prevention and mitigation capacity,and makes superposition analysis by using GIS spatial analysis technology,and evaluates the comprehensive risk of rainstorm and flood in India by using natural breakpoint method.The results show that:the high risk areas are mainly distributed in the Bramaputra River basin,the middle and lower reaches of the Ganges River basin,the east and west coastal areas of the Deccan Plateau;the high sensitive areas are mainly distributed in the Ganges River,the middle and lower reaches of the Bramaputra River,and the west coastal areas of the Deccan Plateau;the high vulnerability areas are mainly distributed in Delhi and Telungana;the high disaster prevention and mitigation capacity areas distributed in Delhi,Goa,Haryana,Terengana,Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.The areas with high comprehensive risk of rainstorm and flood in India are distributed in the middle and lower reaches of Brahmaputra River basin and Ganges River basin,and the coastal areas in the east and west of Deccan Plateau.
