摘要
以12-磷钨酸为催化剂,双氧水和丁酮为原料制备了过氧化甲乙酮.结果表明,在12-磷钨酸与丁酮的物质的量之比1∶144,双氧水与丁酮的物质的量之比2∶1,稀释剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的用量为原料总质量的50%,反应温度25℃,反应时间40 min的条件下,产物主要为2,2-二氢过氧丁烷及其聚合体,产物活性氧含量达到13.2%,12-磷钨酸对过氧化甲乙酮的合成具有较高的催化活性和产物选择性.差示扫描量热法测定其分解热为748 J·g^-1,热分解活化能为101 kJ·mol^-1,热稳定性较好.
Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide is synthesized by oxidation of butanone with hydrogen peroxide using 12-phosphotungstic acid as catalyst.Under the conditions that the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to butanone is 2∶1,the molar ratio of butanone to phosphotungstic acid is 144∶1,the reaction temperature is 25℃,the reaction time is 40 min and dibutyl phthalate is as diluent agent(50% of the total mass of the feed solution),the active oxygen content of products can reach to 13.2%.The main products are 2,2-dihydroperoxybutane and its polymers.Thus,12-phosphotungstic acid has the good catalysis activity and high selectivity for the synthesis of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.The thermal decomposition heat and activated energy are 748 J·g^-1 and 101 kJ·mol^-1 based on the DSC determination,which shows the good thermal stability.
