摘要
作物营养强化是改善中国3亿人面临的隐性饥饿问题经济有效的途径,中国作物营养强化优先序为利益相关方提供了指导建议。本文基于中国大陆31个省份的数据,以富铁大米为例,构建了中国区域级作物营养强化优先指数,初步判别各省富铁大米干预的优先顺序,通过聚类分析进一步探讨富铁大米优先序的空间分异特征,基于各省大米的消费与产量比值分析各区域内不同省份改善铁缺乏的差异化干预。结果显示,江西、湖南富铁大米的干预优先序均位于全国前5;基于不同加权BPI,各省富铁大米干预的优先序有差异;富铁大米干预优先序呈现出区域特征,按适宜程度划分为5个区域。最后,本文提出差异化干预、"阶梯式"以及因地制宜地干预等建议。
Biofortification is an effective way to alleviate the hidden hunger faced by 300 million people in China.The sub-national Biofortification Prioritization Index can guide the interventions and development of biofortification in China.Based on the data from 31 provinces in China,this paper takes the iron-rich rice for example to develop a sub-national Biofortification Prioritization Index in consideration of factors such as population,planting areas,and economic development level,which is used to rank provinces according to the suitability to biofortified iron-rich rice.Further research on spatial differentiation characteristics of priority about iron-rich rice finds differential interventions for iron-rich rice in different provinces.Based on the results,this paper suggests that Hunan province and Jiangxi province should be first intervened with iron-rich rice and each province should have differential intervention based on different spatial characteristics and the actual situation of each province.
