摘要
永久阴极铜电解采用不锈钢极板,槽电压及直流电耗相对常规铜电解高,但其他指标总体优于常规铜电解,该生产系统分为两极处理系统和电解系统两个部分,这两系统关联性强,生产管理工作需要全方面考虑,全流程分析关键生产技术指标。本文从提高阴极铜质量、降低生产成本、提高作业率几个方面对提升生产管理水平进行了阐述,并对一般生产异常情况的处理进行了说明,最后指出建设智能化铜电解工厂,实现全面的精益化、自动化、智能化管理控制是未来的生产管理方向。
Permanent cathode copper electrolysis uses stainless steel for plates.The cell voltage and DC power consumption are higher than those of conventional copper electrolysis.However,other indicators are generally better than those of conventional copper electrolysis.The production system is divided into two parts,the cathode and anode treatment system and the electrolysis system.The two systems are related strongly,and the production management needs to be considered in all aspects,and analyzes key production technical indicators in the whole process.This article elaborates on improving the production management level from the aspects of improving the quality of cathode copper,reducing production costs,and increasing the operating rate.It also explains the handling of general abnormal production conditions.Finally,it points out that the construction of an intelligent copper electrolysis plant to achieve comprehensive lean,automation,and intelligent management and control are the future direction of production management.
