摘要
目的探讨一对一责任制助产护理在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年4月盘山县人民医院收治的166例初产妇,随机将其分为对照组和干预组,每组83例。对照组产妇实施常规性助产护理,干预组产妇实施一对一责任制助产护理。比较两组的总产程时间、分娩情况及分娩结局。结果干预组产妇第一产程、第二产程、总产程、自然分娩率、剖宫产率、不良分娩结局发生率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇第三产程、阴道助产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对初产妇采用一对一责任制助产有利于缩短产程,提高自然分娩率,进而改善母婴结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of one-to-one responsibility midwifery nursing in the delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 166 primiparous women admitted to the People's Hospital of Panshan County from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 83 cases in each group.Women in the control group received routine midwifery care,and women in the intervention group received one-to-one responsibility midwifery care.The total labor time,delivery situation and delivery outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the total stage of labor,the rate of natural delivery,the rate of cesarean section and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the intervention group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the third stage of labor and vaginal delivery rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of one-to-one responsibility system for primipara will help shorten the delivery process,increase the natural delivery rate,and improve the maternal and infant outcome.
