摘要
运用新技术促进教学与教育研究已成为新时代的必然趋势,而高校教学学术共同体则是教学学术发展创新的重要支撑。当前,我国高校教学学术共同体已然形成,但却存在结构僵化、模式单一、认知与实践脱节、资源共享不足、运行效果不佳等现实问题。为适应新时代要求和技术发展趋势,高校教学学术共同体应当具备自由平等、多元融合、智能开放和实践研究等特性,以创新教学和提升教学学术水平为目标,以信息技术搭建的混合空间为载体,通过跨时空、跨区域、跨文化的合作寻求教学问题的解决。其构成要素包括成员、领域、活动、空间和机制,各要素又内含若干组成成分,要素与成分间相互关联影响,形成高校教学学术共同体的基本样态。为使其有效运作,可采取挖掘教学问题、人机合作探究、智能评价反思、协同创新教学的“四环节”运行模式,进而构建起内外协同、多元融通和虚实一体的高校教学学术共同体结构体系。
Using new technology to promote teaching and educational research has become an inevitable trend in the new era,and the teaching academic community in colleges and universities is an important support to drive the development and innovation of the scholarship of teaching and learning.At present,the teaching academic community in Chinese universities has been formed,however,there are some practical problems,such as the rigid structure,the single mode,the disconnection between cognition and practice,the insufficient sharing of resources and the poor operation effect.To meet the requirements of the new era and the technological development,the teaching academic community in colleges and universities should have the characteristics of freedom and equality,multi-integration,intelligent openness and practical research,taking the innovation of teaching and improvement of teaching academic level as the goal,with the mixed space built by information technology as the carrier,to seek the solution of teaching problems through cross-space,cross-region and cross-culture cooperation.Its constituent elements include members,fields,activities,spaces and mechanisms,and each element contains a number of components,among which elements and components are interrelated and affect each other,forming the basic pattern of the teaching academic community of higher education.In order to make it operate effectively,we can adopt the“four links”operation mode of exploring teaching problems,man-machine cooperation,intelligent evaluation and reflection,and collaborative innovation teaching,and then build a structural system for teaching academic community in colleges and universities with internal and external coordination,multiple integration and virtual and real integration.
