摘要
对会宝岭铁矿主通风机控制系统进行变频改造,实现了主通风机的分时段变频功能。同时根据井下生产组织安排,计算不同时段的需风量,精细化的控制主通风机不同时段的运行频率,在保证安全的前提下实现下提高矿井风量的利用率,达到节能降耗的目的。
Frequency conversion transformation of main fan control system in Huibaoling iron mine,the frequency conversion function of main fan is realized.At the same time,according to the underground production organization arrangement,calculate the air demand in different periods,fine control of main fan operation frequency in different periods,under the premise of ensuring safety,the utilization rate of mine air volume is improved to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
