摘要
目的探讨红外线成像体质辨别睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)阳虚男性患者及中医调质在OSAHS阳虚男性患者中的应用。方法选取2016年6月~2019年1月在我院就诊的OSAHS患者174例作为研究对象,应用医用红外热成像仪对所有研究对象进行检测,依据研究结果筛选出OSAHS阳虚男性患者84例,将84例患者随机分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=42),对照组给予常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上实施中医调质,干预3个月后比较两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)、多导睡眠图(PSG)参数指标、体质量指数(BMI)。结果阳虚组身体红外热图温度低于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预前ESS评分、PSOI评分、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、微觉醒指数(MAI)、BMI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者的ESS评分、PSQI评分、AHI、MAI均不同程度降低,但试验组患者的ESS、PSQI评分、AHI、MAI、BMI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSAHS中医体质类型与红外热成像仪温度存在相关性,中医调质可调整OSAHS阳虚男性患者体质的偏颇,改善其临床症状,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the application of infrared imaging constitution to identify male patients with Yang deficiency in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and the application of TCM conditioning in male patients with OSAHS Yang deficiency.Methods A total of 174 OSAHS patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research object.All the research subjects were tested using medical infrared thermal imaging cameras.According to the research results,84 male patients with OSAHS and Yang deficiency were selected.The 84 patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=42)and an experimental group(n=42).The control group was given routine intervention.The experimental group implemented traditional Chinese medicine conditioning on the basis of the treatment in the control group.After three months of intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),Polysomnography(PSG)parameter index,and Body Mass Index(BMI)between the two groups were compared.Results The infrared heat map temperature of the Yang-deficiency group was lower than that of the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ESS score,PSOI score,sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and micro-awakening index before intervention in the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the ESS score,PSQI score,AHI,and MAI of the two groups of patients were reduced to varying degrees.The ESS score,PSQI score,AHI,MAI and BMI of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the type of OSAHS TCM constitution and the temperature of the infrared thermal imager.TCM conditioning can adjust the bias of OSAHS male patients with Yang deficiency,improve its clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
