Supraharmonics Transmission Characteristics in Three Phase Transformer

摘要 光伏逆变器、电动汽车充电装置、照明设备等超高次谐波源经过变压器接入电网,给电网的安全运行带来了威胁;而目前对变压器超高次谐波传递规律的探索和研究还较少,超高次谐波经过变压器的传递特性和关键影响因素等问题亟待深入研究。考虑三相变压器分布电容参数、电感参数与变压器所带负载属性,建立了变压器高频模型并推导其超高次谐波传递特性函数;通过实测的数据与仿真结果对比,验证了模型的正确性,并得出分布电容、电感与负载属性对变压器超高次谐波传递的影响规律,能为分析并解决电网的超高次谐波问题提供理论参考。 The supraharmonics sources such as photovoltaic inverter,electric vehicle charging device,and lighting equipment are connected through transformers,which poses a threat to the safe operation of the power grid.Due to few researches on the transmission law of supraharmonics in transformer at present,the transmission characteristics and key influencing factors of supraharmonics through transformer need to be studied urgently.In this paper,considering the distributed capacitance parameters,the inductance parameters and the load properties of three phase transformer,a high frequency model of transformer is established and its supraharmonics transfer characteristic function is derived.By comparing the measured data with the simulation results,the correctness of the model is verified,and the influence law of the distributed capacitance,the inductance parameters and the load properties on supraharmonics transfer of transformer is obtained,which can provide theoretical reference for analyzing and solving the problem of supraharmonics of the power grid.
