摘要
论述了在Ansoft环境中,通过定、转子冲片及绕组三者之间的参数关联,用一种基于电磁性能约束的参数化设计方法实现电机主体电磁部分的参数化设计分析,阐述了这种参数化设计分析方法中的关键技术,包括定子冲片、转子冲片、永磁体结构等;运用电磁部分的参数化设计方法计算并分析电磁性能。采用这种方法,有利于电磁参数的修正和对比,提高设计效率。
The parameters relevance among stator lamination,rotor lamination and windings in Ansoft environment is discussed,and a parametric design method based on electromagnetic performance constraint is used to implement the parametric design and analysis of main electromagnetic parts of motor.The key technologies of the parametric design method are elaborated including stator lamination,rotor lamination and permanent magnets structure etc.,and the electromagnetic properties are calculated and analyzed by using the parametric design method of electromagnetic part.This method is beneficial to the correction and comparison of electromagnetic parameters and the improvement of design efficiency.
