摘要
6301大采高综采工作面进风巷受两次动压巷影响,围岩变形破坏严重,通过相似模拟实验得到工作面基本顶初次和周期来压步距分别为50.4m和14.4m,来压不明显。在工作面63011巷采用中深孔爆破切顶+深孔水力压裂联合施工技术,同时对切顶卸压段进行煤帮注浆加固减小围岩变形量。通过"十字布点"监测63015巷围岩变形量可知切顶卸压取得了明显效果。
Under the influence of two times of dynamic pressure roadway,the surrounding rock deformation of 6301 large mining height fully mechanized working face is serious,through the similar simulation experiment,the first and periodic weighting steps of the basic roof of the working face are 50.4 m and 14.4 m respectively,and the weighting is not obvious.The combined construction technology of mid deep hole blasting and deep hole hydraulic fracturing was adopted in 63011 roadway of working face,at the same time,the coal side grouting is carried out to reduce the deformation of surrounding rock.Through monitoring the deformation of 63015 roadway surrounding rock by"cross point distribution",it can be seen that roof cutting and pressure relief have achieved obvious effect.
