部分氧解耦煤化学链燃烧中硫的演化与分布 被引量:4

Evolution and Distribution of Sulfur in Chemical Looping Combustion With Partial Oxygen Uncoupling of Coal

摘要 在实验室高温固定床反应器上,以富含黄铁矿硫的六枝煤为燃料,研究其与CuFe 2O 4复合载氧体在部分氧解耦化学链燃烧(CLPOU)过程中气、固相硫的演化及分布,并进一步考察反应温度、载氧体过量系数及CO 2反应气氛对硫迁移转化的影响。结果表明,无论在程序升温实验或等温实验中,反应器出口气相硫仅为SO 2,而固相硫组分以Cu 2S为主。提高反应温度和载氧体过量系数会促进煤中硫的氧化,导致更多气相SO 2的释放;而CO 2反应气氛则在一定程度上抑制SO 2的产生。鉴于CuFe 2O 4复合载氧体的高反应活性和Cu基氧化物的良好固硫特性,CuFe 2O 4载氧体有望实现煤化学链燃烧过程中碳、硫组分的协同在线控制。 Evolution and distribution of gaseous and solid sulfur during the chemical looping combustion under partial oxygen uncoupling(CLPOU)of Liuzhi coal with CuFe 2O 4 oxygen carrier were studied in the high-temperature fixed bed reactor,and effects of reaction temperature,oxygen carrier added amount and CO 2 atmosphere on sulfur migration and transformation were further investigated.The results show that in the temperature programmed experiment as well as the isothermal experiment,the identifiable gaseous sulfur at the outlet is only SO 2,while the solid sulfur is mainly determined as Cu 2S.Moreover,increase of reaction temperature and addition of oxygen carrier promote the oxidation of sulfur in coal,which leads to the release of more gaseous SO 2;while the CO 2 atmosphere inhibits the generation of SO 2.Due to the high reactivity of the combined oxygen carrier and the excellent sulfur fixation characteristics of Cu-based oxides,the CuFe 2O 4 oxygen carrier is expected to achieve in-situ simultaneous decarbonization and desulfurization in the process of coal-fueled chemical looping combustion.
