摘要
建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱双检测器测定垃圾渗滤液中的16种多环芳烃的方法,并对色谱分析条件进行了考察优化。样品由二氯甲烷溶液洗脱,经浓缩、硅酸镁柱净化后,采用Pursuit PAH 5型色谱柱分离,在二极管阵列检测器和荧光检测器下以串联模式进行检测,采用外标法定量。分析结果表明,16种目标物在0.2~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R)大于0.9990;检出限为0.002-0.010μg/L;准确度:82.0%~92.3%;精密度:0.742%~8.72%(n=6)。该方法可适用于垃圾渗滤液中多环芳烃的测定。
A solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-dual detector method for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in landfill leachate was established,and the chromatographic analysis conditions were optimized.The sample was eluted with dichloromethane solution,concentrated and purified by a magnesium silicate cartridge,and then separatedin a liquid chromatographic system with Pursuit PAH 5 column.The sample was detected in series mode under the diode array detector(DAD)and fluorescence detector(FLD).External standardquantification methodwere adopted.The analysis results show that the 16 targets have a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2-10 mg/L,the correlation coefficient(R)is more than 0.9990;the detection limit is 0.002-0.010μg/L;accuracy:82.0-92.3%;precision:0.742~8.72%(n=6).This method can be applied to the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in landfill leachate.
