摘要
介绍了PVC流化床干燥系统中尾气除尘装置的现状,介绍了分室脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器在处理PVC干燥尾气中的应用,阐述分室脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器解决了在PVC流化床干燥系统尾气中粉尘含量大的问题,并能对干燥尾气中夹带的树脂进行回收,提高企业的经济效益。
The present status of tail gas dust removal device in PVC fluidized bed drying system,this paper introduces the chamber injection pulse bag filter in the processing of PVC dry tail gas,the application of bag filter chamber pulse injection PVC fluidized bed drying system is solved by using the exhaust dust content in the big problem,and can to recycling of dry tail gas entrainment in the resin,improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
