摘要
本文以某大学面食的排队情况为背景,分析了其运作流程及效率低下的原因。针对问题,运用流程优化的取消、合并、调整和简化方法(ECRS)分析并提出了整改的方法,经过实践试运行,取得了比较好的效果。论文的分析思路及解决方法对企业的日常运行过程中提高效率具有一些借鉴作用。
This article takes the queuing situation of a university's pasta as the background and analyzes the reasons for its operation process and low efficiency.In response to the problem,the process optimization method of eliminate,combine,rearrange and simplify(ECRS)was used to analyze and put forward a rectification method.After practical trial operation,relatively good results were achieved.The analysis ideas and solutions of the paper have some reference effects on improving the efficiency in the daily operation of enterprises.
