2株圣乔治教堂诺卡菌的鉴定与药物敏感性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对2株圣乔治教堂诺卡菌临床分离株进行分类鉴定并测定其体外抗菌药物敏感性。方法通过菌落形态、染色特性、16S rRNA和hsp65基因比对,对2株临床标本分离诺卡菌进行菌种鉴定。用E-test法测定10种临床常用诺卡菌抗菌药物最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值。采用微量肉汤稀释法和平板扩散法对复方磺胺甲噁唑药敏结果进行复核。结果经表型和基因鉴定,2株临床分离株均鉴定为圣乔治教堂诺卡菌;E-test法测定结果显示,对阿米卡星、头孢曲松、亚胺培南、利奈唑胺、米诺环素、妥布霉素、头孢吡肟敏感,对环丙沙星耐药。经微量肉汤稀释法和平板扩散法复核,2株诺卡菌对复方磺胺甲噁唑敏感。结论通过表型特征联合16S rRNA和hsp65基因可鉴定圣乔治教堂诺卡菌至种。由于复方配比不同,复方磺胺甲噁唑的体外药敏试验结果对治疗效果预测存疑。
