摘要
基于战备物资变质损耗特性,利用两参数Weibull分布函数研究分析战备物资的变质规律,并建立以经济成本最小化为目标的轮换时机求解模型,从而获得战备物资轮换时机的决策方案。
Based on the deterioration and loss characteristics of combat readiness materials,a two-parameter Weibull distri⁃bution function is used to analyze the deterioration rules of combat readiness materials,and a rotation timing solution model with economic cost minimization as the objective function is established to obtain a strategic plan for the timing of combat readiness mate⁃rials rotation.
